Does regional energy consumption disparities assist to control environmental degradation in OBOR: an entropy approach.

China launched the One Belt & One Road (OBOR) initiative to minimize the energy resource shortage. The China's nearby countries are rich in energy resources especially Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and Asian countries which make them ideal locations to cooperate with China in terms of energy resources, as 42.8% of world energy consumption belongs to OBOR countries.

[An outbreak of endemic typhus in Baoshan city, Yunnan province].

Objective: To understand the epidemiologic characteristics of endemic typhus in Baoshan city.

Methods: Epidemiological data were collected and characteristics were analyzed. IgG antibody (Ab) of Rickettsia mooseri and Orientia tsutsugamushi in serum of patients were tested using both Weil-Felix and IFA method.

[Structure and ecological environmental efficiency of urban forestation].

It is proposed that a new pattern of forestation, arbor-shrub-lawn composite construction, based on analyzing the form and the actual state of the urban forestation. The arbor-shrub-lawn is superior by comparing with the urban lawn as for ecological environmental function including landscape. It is suggested that forestation's ecological saving efficiency and management, maintaining and reducing cost should be thought over simultaneously.
