In this work, an efficient and novel photoelectrochemical (PEC) aptasensor for 2,3',5,5'-tetrachlorobiphenyl (PCB72) was constructed based on CdTe@CdS core@shell quantum dots (CdTe@CdS QDs)-decorated TiO nanotubes (TiO NTs). CdTe@CdS QDs were prepared by the combination of CdTe and CdS with a proper lattice mismatch. Due to their large band offsets, core@shell QDs can reduce undesirable carrier recombination, significantly improving their charge separation efficiency.

The BiVO NPs-TiO NTs composites prepared through a simple hydrothermal method exhibit good visible-light adsorption ability, high PEC response and perfect photo-excited stability. The synthesized composites were explored as the photoactive sensing materials for development of a PEC sensing platform for the first time.

The BiOI NFs/TiO NTs p-n heterojunctions synthesized by decorating BiOI NFs on TiO NTs via simple hydrothermal approach exhibit strong visible-light absorption ability, high photocurrent response and PEC activity. Thus BiOI NFs/TiO NTs heterostructures were first explored to act as the photoelectrode for the immobilization of the anti-ATZ aptamer to develop a PEC sensing platform.

Objective: To evaluate the significance of quantitative analysis of Mycobacterium tuberculosis mRNA in the test of susceptibility of Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains to rifampin.
Methods: The susceptibility to rifampin of fifty-three clinical isolated strains was test by the percentage of Mycobacterium tuberculosis 85B mRNA copies before and after the use of rifampin, and 1% and 10% were used as the standards for drug resistance, which was compared with the absolute concentration method. Among them, 29 were rifampin resistant strains and 24 rifampin sensitive strains.

OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of domestic fixed-dose of antituberculosis drugs and to evaluate its quality and activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis both in vitro and in vivo. METHODS The MIC was determined by the tube doubling dilution method, and the effect of the drugs was assessed by half survival time of the mice. A single oral dose of domestic and imported fixed-dose combination of antituberculosis drugs was given to healthy volunteers, and the drug concentration in serum was determined by HPLC.
