Triplet novel agent-based induction regimens have been accepted as the standard practice wordwide over the last decade both for transplant-eligible and non-eligible patients. The addition of anti-CD38 monoclonal antibodies as part of quadruplet regimens has led to even deeper and longer-lasting responses.
