Methods: We retrospectively extracted AE reports from the FAERS database spanning Q1 2022 to Q2 2024. Four disproportionality analysis algorithms were employed to identify AE signals for inclisiran, with subsequent comparisons made to PCSK9 monoclonal antibodies (alirocumab/evolocumab).

Methods: Data was collected in FAERS from the second quarter of 2017 to the fourth quarter of 2023 for data cleaning. Neurological adverse event (AE) signals of valbenazine were mined by calculating reporting odds ratios (ROR), information component (IC) and empirical Bayesian geometric mean (EBGM).

Using the solution method to prepare perovskite films with large grains and high coverage requires further improvements. Herein, we introduce Lewis base urea as an additive into the precursor of perovskite to control the crystallization dynamics, allowing for large-grain crystal growth.
