New Sulfonate Ester-Linked Fluorinated Hydrazone Derivatives as Multitarget Carbonic Anhydrase and Cholinesterase Inhibitors: Design, Synthesis, Biological Evaluation, Molecular Docking and ADME Analysis.

In this study, some new hydrazone derivatives (2a-g) was designed, synthesized for first time, and evaluated as multitarget inhibitors of AChE, BChE, hCA I and hCA II. Materials And Methods: A single-center prospective cohort study from 2019 to 2023, including patients with international prostate symptom score (IPSS) ≥ 15 and/or quality of life score (QoL) ≥ 4. Allocation to embolic agents was performed chronologically: 100-300 µm PVA (n = 53), followed by 300-500 µm Embospheres (n = 50), and finally, 400 µm Embozenes (n = 50).

Methods: We conducted a comprehensive search of Epistemonikos, Web of Science, Medline (PubMed), Scopus, and Cochrane databases for studies on transvaginal contained morcellation in adult patients undergoing gynecological surgeries. The review included 22 studies that met the inclusion criteria, encompassing diverse surgical procedures, patient profiles, and outcomes.

The Distribution and the Antimicrobial Susceptibility Features of Microorganisms Isolated From the Burn Wounds: A 10-Year Retrospective Analysis.

In this study, we aimed to evaluate the distribution features and antimicrobial susceptibility test results of the microorganisms isolated from the wounds of pediatric and adult patients with burn. The culture and susceptibility test results of the microorganisms, isolated from the wound swabs of the patients hospitalized in a tertiary-burn care center in 10-year period, were retrospectively screened on the microbiology department databases. Their distribution of isolated microorganisms regarding species and susceptibility test results were compared with previous studies.

This study aimed to determine whether endocervical glandular involvement by squamous intraepithelial lesion would differ with respect to the depth of the excised specimen and analyze the related factors that may define endocervical glandular involvement among cases treated with cone biopsy. Single centre experience of 800 gynaecologic oncology cases in 2020: influence of pandemy on cancer surgeries.

We aimed to evaluate the gynaecological oncology surgeries in the COVID-19 pandemic. A total of 800 operations performed between January and December 2020 were retrieved. Since the COVID-19 pandemic affected operations as of April 1 2020, we compared the cases of the last nine months of the year with the first three months.
