Background: The diagnostic accuracy of suspicious lesions that are classified as PI-RADS 3 in multiparametric prostate magnetic-resonance imaging (mpMRI) is controversial. This study aims to assess the predictive capacity of hematological inflammatory markers such as neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), pan-immune-inflammation value (PIV), and systemic immune-response index (SIRI) in detecting prostate cancer in PI-RADS 3 lesions.
Methods: 276 patients who underwent mpMRI and subsequent prostate biopsy after PI-RADS 3 lesion detection were included in the study.
Purpose: To assess the predictive capability of hematological inflammatory markers for urethral stricture recurrence after primary urethroplasty and to compare traditional statistical methods with a machine-learning-based artificial intelligence algorithm.
Materials And Methods: Two hundred eighty-seven patients who underwent primary urethroplasty were scanned. Ages, smoking status, comorbidities, hematological inflammatory parameters (neutrophil-lymphocyte ratios, platelet-lymphocyte ratios [PLR], systemic immune-inflammation indexes [SII], and pan-immune-inflammation values [PIV]), stricture characteristics, history of previous direct-visual internal urethrotomy, urethroplasty techniques, and grafts/flaps placements were collected.
Periprosthetic joint infection (PJI) is a rare but most vital complication after joint arthroplasty and requires a revision surgery. Synovial fluid analysis is essential in diagnosis of the PJI, and conventional and molecular microbiologic investigations may help in determining the cause of the infection. With this unusual case, we aimed to present the second instance in the literature of PJI of the knee caused by subspecies (SDSD).

Method And Materials: Three treatments (fluoride, casein phosphopeptide-amorphous calcium phosphate [CPP-ACP], resin infiltration), a control, and their respective syrup-based subgroups (iron and black elderberry syrups) were established, each with eight teeth.
Purpose: The intraocular lens blocking technique described for the removal of intraocular foreign bodies emerged as a result of an effort to prevent the foreign body from being retracted into the posterior segment because of the resistance encountered while removing it from the corneal incision. However, in the technique described, in addition to the difficulty of the surgical procedure, the new concern is to create a posterior capsulorhexis according to the size of the foreign body and to pass the foreign body through the capsulorhexis.
Methods: Here, the authors describe a new approach to the intraocular lens blocking technique.
Background: Testosterone plays a vital role in maintaining tissue homeostasis, and testosterone deficiency may potentially influence the likelihood of urethral stricture recurrence.
Objectives: To evaluate the prognostic value of testosterone levels in the recurrence after direct visual internal urethrotomy in primary short segment bulbar urethral strictures and its clinical reflections.
Materials And Methods: A total of 723 patients who underwent direct vision internal urethrotomy between January 2000 and October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.
Objectives: The objective of this study, which included a 5-year follow-up, was to compare peri-implant soft tissue health, crestal bone loss (CBL), and buccal bone thickness (BBT) around triangular cross-section neck (TN) or round neck (RN) implants, using cone-beam computed tomography.
