Hsp90 is a molecular chaperone of central importance for protein homeostasis in the cytosol of eukaryotic cells, with key functional and structural traits conserved from yeast to man. During evolution, Hsp90 has gained additional functional importance, leading to an increased number of interacting co-chaperones and client proteins. Here, we show that the overall conformational transitions coupled to the ATPase cycle of Hsp90 are conserved from yeast to humans, but cycle timing as well as the dynamics are significantly altered.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine and compare the mechanical success of customized computer aided design and manufacturing (CAD-CAM) and prefabricated abutments and screws before and after cyclic loading, through measuring removal torque values.
Materials And Methods: The study was performed in accordance with ISO 14801:2016 standarts. Twenty eight dental implants with identical charecteristics were divided into two equal groups.
Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of watching mukbang on eating behavior and to emphasize its importance.
Methods: Students from various faculties at universities constitute the sample for this study. A total of 483 individuals participated in the study: 358 (74.
Background: Stromal Vascular fraction/gel (SVF/gel) is prepared mechanically from autologous adipose tissue, and it is known for its regenerative and anti-inflammatory properties.
Aims: To assess histopathological effects of adipose tissue-derived SVF/gel and nasal steroids on nasal mucosal healing.
Material And Methods: Forty-two Wistar Albino rats with right nasal mucosal injury were randomly divided into three groups: control (saline), Mometasone Furoate (MF), and SVF/gel.
Background: According to the World Health Organization's recommendation, delayed cord clamping in term newborns can have various benefits. Cochrane metaanalyses reported no differences for mortality and early neonatal morbidity although a limited number of studies investigated long-term neurodevelopmental outcomes. The aim of our study is to compare the postnatal cerebral tissue oxygenation values in babies with early versus delayed cord clamping born after elective cesarean section.

Methods: We conducted this randomized clinical trial in the delivery unit of a University Hospital with 189 infants born between 35 and 42 weeks of gestation. Participants were randomly assigned to one of three groups: ICC, DCC, and cut-UCM.
Objective: In recent years, the importance of holistic care in individuals with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) has been emphasized, and therefore a measurement tool that evaluates biopsychosocial impact is needed. This study was conducted to determine the validity, reliability, and responsiveness of the Cognitive Exercise Therapy Approach-Biopsychosocial Questionnaire (BETY-BQ) in individuals with SLE.
Methods: Lupus Quality of Life (LupusQoL), Short Form-36 (SF-36), Health Assessment Questionnaire (HAQ), and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) were used for the validity.
Background: Vitamin D deficiency is a global problem, and 13 to 75% of patients undergoing total joint arthroplasty (TJA) have vitamin D deficiency. Several studies have shown that low preoperative vitamin D levels may increase the risk of postoperative complications, including periprosthetic joint infection (PJI), in patients undergoing primary TJA. Most of the studies are underpowered.

This study aimed to determine whether the advantages of osseoscopy-assisted core decompression using a standard arthroscopic set up in the early stages of AVN of the femoral head. Twelve hips of 12 patients who underwent osseoscopy-assisted core decompression and debridement with the diagnosis of AVN of the femoral head were reviewed between 2019 and 2021.

Methods: In this descriptive study, 94 aPL-positive patients (with or without APS diagnosis) were identified from two hospital-based registries (Gazi and Hacettepe University). Patients were classified into four groups to compare both criteria sets.
Objectives: The transition of adolescents and young adults (AYAs) from pediatric to adult-oriented healthcare may be affected by many factors, including the personal and cultural settings. We aimed to analyze the transition readiness and the factors affecting the transition success in rheumatology.
Methods: Patients older than 12 years were included in this prospective study.
This study aimed to explore the effectiveness and safety of (MYXV) in MM cell lines and primary myeloma cells obtained from patients with multiple myeloma. Myeloma cells were isolated from MM patients and cultured. MYXV, lenalidomide, and bortezomib were used in MM cells.

Methods: This observational study was conducted at the delivery room in infants above 35 weeks of gestation who developed respiratory distress immediately after birth.
This study aims to increase the accuracy of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnosis based on cognitive and behavioral phenotypes through multiple neuroimaging modalities. We apply machine learning (ML) algorithms to classify ASD patients and healthy control (HC) participants using structural magnetic resonance imaging (s-MRI) together with resting state functional MRI (rs-f-MRI and f-MRI) data from the large multisite data repository ABIDE (autism brain imaging data exchange) and identify important brain connectivity features. The 2D f-MRI images were converted into 3D s-MRI images, and datasets were preprocessed using the Montreal Neurological Institute (MNI) atlas.

Methods: Two thousand one hundred forty-one RA (79.4% female) patients were included in the analysis from the HUR-BIO prospective registry.
Background: Nasal continuous positive airway pressure (NCPAP) is a common mode of respiratory support in neonatal intensive care units. Our objective was to compare whether NCPAP given with nasal prongs compared with a nasal mask reduces the pain scores in preterm infants with respiratory distress.
Methods: Preterm infants on NCPAP due to respiratory distress were included in the study.
Objectives: The present study aimed to determine the inheritance pattern and genetic cause of congenital radial hemimelia (RH) in cats.
Methods: Clinical and genetic analyses were conducted on a Siamese cat family (n = 18), including two siblings with RH. Radiographs were obtained for the affected kittens and echocardiograms of an affected kitten and sire.
The Fertile Crescent appears to be the most plausible region where the domestication of cats commenced through a mutually beneficial relationship between wild cats and early agrarian societies. These domesticated cats then journeyed across the globe mirroring the paths of human migration. An examination of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) control region-based mitotyping suggested that a significant majority, exceeding 80%, of globally sampled random-bred and pure-bred cats could be categorized into 12 predominant mitotypes.
