The goal of the treatment of HD by Tönnis triple pelvic osteotomy (TPAO) is to improve the function of hip joint while relieving pain, delaying and possibly preventing end-stage arthritis. The aim of this study is to compare the clinical and radiological results of TPAO to determine if previous surgery has a negative effect on TPAO.

Therefore, this study was conducted to find good markers for the easy, cheap, and fast differential diagnosis of pulmonary embolism and CAP. Thirty-four patients diagnosed with pulmonary embolism and 38 patients with CAP who were admitted to either emergency department or chest diseases outpatient clinic were included in this study.

Methods: A total of 84 women were included in this comparative cross-sectional study. The study group consisted of 43 women diagnosed as having POI, and the control group consisted of 41 women with normal fertility.
The congenital amegakaryocytic thrombocytopenia (CAMT) is a syndrome characterized by preservation of granulocytic and erythroid cells during genesis, with a gradual or progressive decrease in the number of megakaryocytic series of cells in the bone marrow. At later times, most patients develop aplastic anemia. It is important to rule out specific causes of thrombocytopenia that develop in the early stages of CAMT.

Background: The prognostic value of sCD40L has been documented in patients with acute coronary syndrome; however, its value in acute STEMI remains unclear.
Materials And Methods: We prospectively enrolled 499 consecutive STEMI patients (397 men, 102 women) undergoing primary PCI.
Unlabelled: This study assessed the use of semirigid hip orthosis to stabilize the femoral head into the acetabulum in the delayed treatment of developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH; Graf type IIb or more severe) under the age of 6 months. Ninety-eight hips from 75 patients (four boys, 71 girls) were evaluated retrospectively. The mean age at treatment initiation was 3.

Study Design: A prospective observational study.
Objective: In this study, we aimed to investigate the major and minor complications of transforaminal lumbar epidural steroid injections guided by fluoroscopy and the incidence of vascular penetration encountered during this procedure.
Summary Of Background Data: Epidural steroid administration is one of the treatment options for lumbar disc hernia accompanied by radiculopathy.
Transnasal endoscopic approach for the repair of choanal atresia (CA) has gained favor in recent years. However, the studied cohorts are too small to make a comprehensive comment on this approach. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of different techniques, used for the removal of CA under endoscopic guidance, on surgical outcome and effectiveness of transnasal endoscopic approach in these patients as a whole.

A bilateral horizontal recession and resection of extraocular muscles in both eyes (Parks procedure) eliminated the gaze deviation and face turn. This is the first reported case in which this procedure was used to correct a face turn in a patient with bilateral horizontal gaze palsy but without ocular misalignment.
