Gastrin-releasing peptide receptor (GRPR) is a promising agent for imaging and development of theranostic radioligands in estrogen receptor (ER)-positive luminal type breast cancer (BC) and may show expression not only in primary malignant lesions but also in lymph node metastases and distant organ metastases. We would like to present a lesion diagnosed as benign apocrine metaplasia in a 45-year-old woman diagnosed with BC, which was negative in 68Ga-DOTA-Bombesin PET-CT and false positive in 18F-FDG PET-CT imaging, within the scope of the ongoing study.

Methods: Patients who underwent anterior cervical corpectomy and fusion surgery for the treatment of cervical myelopathy were included in the study. We evaluated various cervical alignment parameters such as T1 sagittal angle, T1 slope, and C2-7 sagittal vertical axis (SVA) before surgery.
Invasive lobular breast cancer (ILBC) is characterized with low tracer uptake on 18 F-FDG PET images. ILBC metastasis to gastrointestinal tract is a rare clinic scenario. We present a case of ILBC who presented with gastric metastasis and diagnosed with 68 Ga-FAPI-46 PET/CT and 18 F-FDG PET/CT images.

It is now known that fibroblast activation protein (FAP) is overexpressed by various cancer-associated fibroblasts, including PHEOs.

They also have antioxidant effects. The exact mechanism of SGLT-2i is unknown.

Material And Methods: The C6 rat glioma cell line was evaluated. Using a confocal microscope and the appropriate software, the cytotoxic effects of C6 ceramide were identified using 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H tetrazolium bromide (MTT) colorimetric experiments.
Background/aim: Ischemic heart diseases continue to be a significant global cardiovascular problem in today's world. Myocardial reperfusion (R) is provided with an effective and rapid treatment; however, it can lead to fatal results, as well as ischemia (I). This study aims to use proteomic analysis to assess proteins and pathways in H9C2 cardiomyoblast cells exposed to hypoxic conditions, followed by reoxygenation, representing I/R injury for both short and long terms, reflecting acute and chronic hypoxia, respectively.

Methods: Children aged 0-18 years admitted to the pediatric cardiac intensive care unit at Cleveland Clinic Children's from April 2018 to April 2023, who underwent cardiac surgery with CPB were included. Patients were excluded if they had pre-operative kidney failure requiring kidney replacement therapy (KRT), re-operation or extracorporeal membrane oxygenation or KRT requirement within the first 32 post-operative hours or had indwelling urinary catheter for fewer than the initial 32 post-operative hours, or had vasoactive-inotrope score of 0, or those with missing data in the electronic health records.

Fabry disease (FD) is associated with inflammation, proteinuria, and chronic kidney disease. Tumor necrosis factor-like weak inducer of apoptosis (TWEAK) plays an important role in inflammation in diabetic nephropathy and lupus nephritis. Since there is a close relationship linking serum TWEAK (sTWEAK), inflammation, and carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT) in various kidney diseases, we aimed to determine the relationship between sTWEAK levels and CIMT in subjects with and without proteinuria in a cross-sectional study involving 15 FD patients (seven females, eight males) and seven healthy controls (four females, three males).

GATA is one of the prominent transcription factor families conserved among many organisms in eukaryotes and has different biological roles in many pathways, particularly in light regulation in plants. Although GATA transcription factors (TFs) have been identified in different crop species, their roles in abiotic stress tolerance have not been studied in potato. In this study, we identified 32 GATA TFs in potato () by in silico analyses, and expression levels of selected six genes were investigated in drought-tolerant (Sante) and sensitive (Agria) cultivars under light, drought, and combined (light + drought) stress conditions.
