Adenoid cystic carcinoma is a slow growing malignant neoplasm of the salivary glands, mainly occurring in minor salivary glands and relatively rare in parotid glands. It has got a remarkable capacity for extensive subclinical spread to the adjacent structures. Here, we present a case report of adenoid cystic carcinoma of parotid gland with perineural and perivascular spread.

Methods: Fifteen consecutive patients (11 females and 4 males; mean age 40.93 years; age range 13-63 years) with cavernous sinus hemangiomas (CSH) who underwent examination between November 2008 and May 2016 were included for the analysis.
We report a young adult man who presented with chronic raised intracranial tension features and unusually progressive bilateral visual and hearing impairment of 18 months duration. MR imaging showed extensive dural involvement and contiguous orbital and spinal disease. Cerebrospinal fluid demonstrated persistent high lymphocytic pleocytosis.
