Background: Cancer radiotherapy (RT) still has limited clinical success because of the obstacles including radioresistance of hypoxic tumors, high-dose X-ray-induced damage to adjacent healthy tissue, and DNA-damage repair by intracellular PD-L1 in tumor.
Results: Therefore, to overcome these obstacles multifunctional core-shell BMS@PtAu nanoparticles (NPs) are prepared using nanoprecipitation followed by electrostatic assembly. PtAu clusters are released from BMS@PtAu NPs to alleviate tumor hypoxia by catalyzing the decomposition of endogenous HO to generate O as well as by enhancing X-ray deposition at the tumor site, which thereby reduce the required X-ray dose.
Hyperlipidemia is a multifaceted metabolic disease, which is the major risk factor for atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases. Traditional Chinese medicine provides valuable therapeutic strategies in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. has been used in traditional medicine to treat numerous diseases for a long time.

However, radiotherapy of tumors has two limitations: high-dose X-rays damage adjacent normal tissue and tumor metastases cannot be prevented.
Results: Therefore, to overcome the two limitations of radiotherapy, a multifunctional core-shell R837/BMS@Au8 nanoparticles as a novel radiosensitizer were fabricated by assembling AuNCs on the surface of a bifunctional nanoimmunomodulator R837/BMS nanocore using nanoprecipitation followed by electrostatic assembly.
Robot measurement systems with a binocular planar structured light camera (3D camera) installed on a robot end-effector are often used to measure workpieces' shapes and positions. However, the measurement accuracy is jointly influenced by the robot kinematics, camera-to-robot installation, and 3D camera measurement errors. Incomplete calibration of these errors can result in inaccurate measurements.

Apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1) has been shown to adversely affect outcomes in patients with HF. A prospective follow-up study was performed on 239 consecutive patients with HF-PH who underwent right heart catheterization.

In this work, a new nanocomposite, UiO-66-NH@PS, was successfully fabricated via in situ precipitation of a water-stable metal-organic framework (UiO-66-NH) inside a commercial polystyrene anion exchanger PS. The as-formed nanocomposite UiO-66-NH@PS was characterized using various morphological methods, which demonstrated that nanosized UiO-66-NH was homogenously dispersed within the inner pores of PS.

This study is designed to investigate the role of plasma small extracellular vesicles (sEV) in VSMC phenotypic modulation. sEV were isolated from the plasma of patients with ISR (ISR-sEV) or not (Ctl-sEV) 1 year after coronary stent implantation using differential ultracentrifugation.

In manufacturing, traditional task pre-programming methods limit the efficiency of human-robot skill transfer. This paper proposes a novel task-learning strategy, enabling robots to learn skills from human demonstrations flexibly and generalize skills under new task situations. Specifically, we establish a markerless vision capture system to acquire continuous human hand movements and develop a threshold-based heuristic segmentation algorithm to segment the complete movements into different movement primitives (MPs) which encode human hand movements with task-oriented models.

However, it is still a challenge for a robot to handle unfamiliar objects. We review the recent work on the feature sensing and robotic grasping of objects with uncertain information.
