Sini San (SNS) is used to treat liver depression and is applied in both food and herbal medicine. Hyperprolactinemia (HPRL) is a common endocrine disorder, and patients with HPRL are usually associated with depressive symptoms. However, whether SNS is effective in treating HPRL combined with liver depression and its underlying mechanisms are unknown.
