Background: Prostate cancer (PCa) is a significant malignancy in men, particularly challenging in the metastatic stage due to poor prognosis and limited treatment efficacy. Traditional Chinese Medicine, particularly Modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction (MSDD), has demonstrated promise in inhibiting PCa metastasis, although its mechanisms remain unclear.
Methods: The efficacy of MSDD was evaluated using migration assays and a nude mouse model.
Objective: To evaluate the anti-tumor effector of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction (LWDHD) in prostate cancer (PCa) and explore the potential mechanism using experimental validation, network pharmacology, bioinformatics analysis, and molecular docking.
Methods: CCK test, Clone formation assay and wound-healing assays were used to determine the effect of LWDHD on prostate cancer growth and metastasis. The active ingredients and targets of LWDHD were obtained from the TCMSP database, and the relevant targets were selected by GeneCards, OMIM and DisGeNET databases for PCa.

Objective: To screen genes associated with poor prognosis of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CcRCC) from the public databases HPA (Human Protein Atlas), UALCAN, and GEPIA (Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis) and to investigate the expression of FKBP10 in CcRCC and the effect on prognosis of the patients and the biological behavior of CcRCC cells.
Methods: The tumor tissues and adjacent noncancerous tissues of 42 patients with CcRCC diagnosed and treated in our hospital were collected, and the general information of the patients was recorded. FKBP10 expression in the tissues was determined by qRT-PCR and western blot, and its relationship with general information and prognosis of patients was analyzed.

Although previous studies have shown that stem cells can be differentiated into Leydig cells by gene transfection, a simple, safe and effective induction method has not yet been reported.
