Ethnopharmacological Relevance: As a traditional Chinese medicine formula, Jingxin Zhidong Formula (JXZDF) based on ancient amber powder has been prescribed to alleviate tic disorders (TD) according to our clinical practice for many years. However, the underlying molecular mechanisms remain largely unknown.

Aim Of Study: To explore the potential mechanism of JXZDF in the treatment of TD by using network pharmacology and experimental validation.
