Accurate and efficient quantitative analysis of the decomposition products of the insulating medium SF in gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) is important for an effective assessment of its internal insulation status. In this work, a quantitative calibration model of Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) combined with SCARS-DNN (Stability Competitive Adaptive Reweighted Sampling-Deep Neural Network) is proposed for the rapid non-destructive detection of SF decomposition products. First, the interference of the background gas SF on the absorption spectra of the decomposition products is eliminated according to the Lambert-Beer law, while baseline correction and Savitzky-Golay (S-G) smoothing are used to remove baseline drift and noise.

Methods: A total of 160 patients with non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer who underwent general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia and resection were included in this study. The patients were divided into control group ( = 80) and study group ( = 80) according to the random number table method.
Objective: To study the effects of psychological intervention combined with dietary guidance on the quality of life and long-term efficacy of Bushen Quyu Decoction in the treatment of patients with advanced ovarian cancer.
Methods: 220 patients with advanced (stages III to IV) ovarian cancer in our hospital from May 2015 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 110 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received basic nursing care and treatment with Bushen Quyu Decoction, and the patients in the observation group were combined with psychological intervention and dietary guidance on the basis of the treatment of the patients in the control group.
Evidence from previous studies showed that the dysregulation of microRNA (miR) is frequently associated with tumor progression. The aberrant miR-210 expression has been identified in a variety of tumors. However, its biological roles in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) still need further elucidation.

Seventy-two patients receiving fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) for the first time in Yantaishan Hospital from July 2015 to September 2015 due to infertility were selected. The serum and follicular fluid of patients in ovulation-promoting cycle were collected; the levels of IL-1β and HB-EGF in serum and follicular fluid were detected via enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the levels of serum estradiol (E2), progesterone (P), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) were detected.

Downregulation of miR-133a has been observed in certain types of tumors, and it is involved in gastric cancer. The aim of the present study was to explore the molecular mechanisms of miR-133a and ubiquitin-specific protease 39 (USP39) in gastric cancer.
