The integration of perovskites with mature silicon platform has emerged as a promising approach in the development of efficient on-chip light sources and high-brightness displays. However, the performance of Si-based green perovskite light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs) still falls significantly short compared to their red and near-infrared counterparts. In this study, it is revealed that the high work function Au, widely employed in Si-based top-emission PeLEDs as the reflective bottom electrode, exhibits considerably lower reflectivity in the green spectrum than in the longer wavelengths.

The purpose of this study was to reveal the spatial and temporal evolution patterns of habitat quality in karst counties of Guizhou plateau and its driving factors and to provide scientific basis for balanced ecological conservation and sustainable development of karst regions. Using DEM data, meteorological data, socio-economic data, and four periods of land use data in 1989, 2003, 2010, and 2020, the InVEST model was used to analyze the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of habitat quality in Puding County from 1989 to 2020 and to quantitatively detect the driving forces of its spatial divergence. To enrich the mitogenomic database of Gerbillinae (Rodentia: Muridae), mitogenomes of three gerbils from different genera, Meriones tamariscinus (16,393 bp), Brachiones przewalskii (16,357 bp), and Rhombomys opimus (16,352 bp), were elaborated and compared with those of other gerbils in the present study. The three gerbil mitogenomes consisted of 2 ribosomal RNA genes, 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 transfer RNA genes, and one control region. Land use affects the accumulation of heavy metals in soil, which will endanger ecological safety and human health. Taking the village as an administrative unit, the ecological safety and health risks of heavy metals, namely, Cr, Cu, Zn, and Pb in soils in the Houzhai River Watershed of Guizhou Province, China, were evaluated based on land use types by the Hakanson potential ecological risk methods and human health risk model.
