The integration of perovskites with mature silicon platform has emerged as a promising approach in the development of efficient on-chip light sources and high-brightness displays. However, the performance of Si-based green perovskite light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs) still falls significantly short compared to their red and near-infrared counterparts. In this study, it is revealed that the high work function Au, widely employed in Si-based top-emission PeLEDs as the reflective bottom electrode, exhibits considerably lower reflectivity in the green spectrum than in the longer wavelengths.

China is experiencing large-scale rural-urban migration and rapid urbanization, which have had significant impact on terrestrial carbon sink. However, the impact of rural-urban migration and its accompanying urban expansion on the carbon sink is unclear. Based on multisource remote sensing product data for 2000-2020, the soil microbial respiration equation, relative contribution rate, and threshold analysis, we explored the impact of rural depopulation on the carbon sink and its threshold.

Using DEM data, meteorological data, socio-economic data, and four periods of land use data in 1989, 2003, 2010, and 2020, the InVEST model was used to analyze the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of habitat quality in Puding County from 1989 to 2020 and to quantitatively detect the driving forces of its spatial divergence. The results were as follows:① Arable land and forest land were the main land use types in Puding County, which constituted the surface cover landscape matrix.

However, most PeLEDs obtain a maximum EQE at small current density (J) region and suffer from severe efficiency roll-off in different extents. Herein, it is demonstrated that the dopant with large dipole moment like KBF facilitates the effective dielectric regulation of perovskite emissive layer.

Karst ecosystems are important to several billion people, so it is necessary to accurately diagnose and evaluate the health of these ecosystems for socioeconomic development; however, the existing evaluation methods have many limitations, so they cannot accurately evaluate the ecosystem health in karst areas. In particular, they ignore the influence and restriction of the soil formation rate on the ecosystem health. To this end, we established a new index to represent the actual health status of karst ecosystems.

Human well-being in many countries lags behind the gross domestic product (GDP) due to the rapid changes in the socio-economic environment that have occurred for decades. However, the mechanisms behind this complex phenomenon are still unclear. This study revealed the changes in human well-being in China from 1995 to 2017 by revising the genuine progress indicator (GPI) at the national level and further quantified the contribution of interfering factors that have driven the increase in the GPI.

To further enhance oil recovery (EOR) after waterflooding, the heterogeneous phase combination flooding (HPCF) was composed of a polymer, branched-preformed particle gel (B-PPG), and surfactant. For the sake of improving the economic efficiency, the influence of the injection scheme on the EOR of HPCF with an equal chemical agent cost was investigated by sand-pack flooding experiments.

However, the coupling effects of these factors prevent us from clearly understanding of the global weathering carbon sink of silicate rocks. Here, using the improved first-order model with correlated factors and non-parametric methods, we produced spatiotemporal data sets (0.

The three gerbil mitogenomes consisted of 2 ribosomal RNA genes, 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 transfer RNA genes, and one control region. Here, gerbil mitogenomes have shown unique characteristics in terms of base composition, codon usage, non-coding region, and the replication origin of the light strand.

However, little is known about their thresholds and global control patterns. To this end, based on high-precision climate and vegetation data for 2000-2014, using Pearson correlation analysis, the Hurst index, and change-point analysis, the thresholds of the SFR and SM in vegetation growth in karst areas were identified.

Eco-hydrological processes affect the chemical weathering carbon sink (CS) of rocks. However, due to data quality limitations, the magnitude of the CS of rocks and their responses to eco-hydrological processes are not accurately understood. Therefore, based on Global Erosion Model for CO fluxes (GEM-CO model), hydrological site data, and multi-source remote sensing data, we produced a 0.

However, no quantitative analysis of the response mechanism has been performed. In this study, the CS of the 12 types of terrestrial rocks in China from 2000 to 2014 is estimated using the GEM-CO model.

Taking the village as an administrative unit, the ecological safety and health risks of heavy metals, namely, Cr, Cu, Zn, and Pb in soils in the Houzhai River Watershed of Guizhou Province, China, were evaluated based on land use types by the Hakanson potential ecological risk methods and human health risk model. Results showed that the spatial heterogeneity of Cu and Zn was greatly affected by primary structural factors, and Cr and Pb were interfered by both structural factors and human activities.

Nowadays, most research results on ecosystem services in Karst areas are limited to a single function of an ecosystem service. Few scholars conduct a comparative study on the mutual relationships among ecosystem services, let alone reveal the trade-off and synergic relationships in typical Karst watershed. This research aims to understand and quantitatively evaluate the relationships among ecosystem services in a typical Karst watershed, broaden the depth and width of trade-off and synergic relationships in ecosystem services and explore a set of technical processes involved in these relationships.
