Objective: Surgical treatment with internal fixation, specifically percutaneous fixation with three cannulated compression screws (CCSs), is the preferred choice for young and middle-aged patients. The mechanical advantage of the optimal spatial configuration with three screws provides maximum dispersion and cortical support. We suspect that the spatial proportion of the oblique triangle configuration (OTC) in the cross-section of the femoral neck isthmus (FNI) may significantly improve shear and fatigue resistance of the fixed structure, thereby stabilizing the internal fixation system in femoral neck fracture (FNF).

Methods: A total of 75 patients with trochlear dysplasia (110 knees) treated at the Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University from December 2013 to December 2018 were included in an experimental group, and an age-matched and sex-matched cohort of 46 patients with normal trochlear shape (61 knees) were randomly selected into a control group. The experimental group was divided into a female experimental group (Group FE, 47 patients, 72 knees) and a male experimental group (Group ME, 28 patients, 38 knees); the control group was divided into a female control group (Group FC, 31 knees, 24 female patients) and a male control group (Group MC, 30 knees, 22 male patients).
Genomic selection is a form of marker-assisted selection in which genetic markers covering the entire genome are used so that all quantitative trait loci are in linkage disequilibrium with at least one marker. Genomic selection improves the efficiency and accuracy of breeding and it is widely used in purebred breeding across many animal species. However, some studies indicate that the accuracy of genome selection in cross breeding needs to be improved, especially in cross population.

Methods: This is a cross-sectional observational study. A total of 188 cases of medial UKA were included in this study, and all the prostheses used were Oxford mobile-bearing UKA from January 2016 to January 2019.
Objectives: To report the clinical outcomes of combined femoral derotation osteotomy and medial retinaculum plasty for recurrent patellar dislocation in patients with excessive femoral anteversion.
Methods: From January 2015 to March 2018, 20 knees in 20 patients (18 female, 2 male) with a mean age of 21 ± 4.2 years (range, 16 to 28 years) were retrospectively reviewed.
