Objective: Unstructured group support (UGS) has been shown to improve the prognosis of patients with bipolar disorder (BP). However, objective evidence is needed to support implementation of UGS intervention. - A new LIGHTENING® PET detector was developed using a LYSO crystal array and SiPM array, along with a dual time interval (DTI) sampling method for better digital pulse acquisition.
- The design includes a semi-cut light guide that enhances resolution, and results showed the detector achieved a 14.3% energy resolution and 972 ps coincidence timing resolution, indicating it's suitable for high-performance time-of-flight PET scanners.
