In this paper, Xixian Tongshuan Preparation was used as the research object, and all the chemical components of the 13 traditional Chinese medicines were collected. The target finding technique was used to obtain the key targets of the neuroprotective effect of Xixian Tongshuan Preparation, including 5 glutamate receptors, TGFR-1 and VEGFR-2. Molecular docking technology was used to screen out the potential active components of the above targets and to analyze their mechanism of action.

The thrombus is a deposit that is formed on the surface of the endovascular or at the site of repair, and known as the main complication of cardiovascular disease and the cause of death. At the same time, thrombus is mainly treated by the following three ways: anticoagulation,anti-platelet aggregation and thrombolysis. In this study, the chemical constituents of seven traditional Chinese medicines in the Xixian Tongshuan Preparation were collected to construct a component database.

Objective: Identifying patients who meet selection criteria for clinical trials is typically challenging and time-consuming. In this article, we describe our clinical natural language processing (NLP) system to automatically assess patients' eligibility based on their longitudinal medical records. This work was part of the 2018 National NLP Clinical Challenges (n2c2) Shared-Task and Workshop on Cohort Selection for Clinical Trials.

To achieve selective characteristic emission, precise control in size and morphology is thus a prerequisite. Herein, we report that the nanosecond-pulsed laser irradiation induces CsPbBr reshaping, yielding precise control of size and morphology.

Although venetoclax/ABT-199 also caused cell death in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), whether it could be applied to clinical treatment needs further studies. Here, we revealed clinical implication of BCL2 overexpression in de novo adult AML, and may provide theoretical basis for targeted therapy using venetoclax.

In the device fabrication process, the low-cost and compatibility with industrialized mass production are of great importance. Herein, membrane-based flexible photodetectors (PDs) based on Polyvinylidene Fluoride filter membrane with the structure of Ag nanowires (NWs)/ZnO NWs/graphene were fabricated by a full-solution method.

Conversely, recent studies show that overexpression was identified in both adult and pediatric acute myeloid leukemia (AML), suggesting that it might play an oncogenic role of in AML. However, the role of during leukemogenesis remains to be elucidated.

To provide the information needed for the diagnosis and treatment of trichosporosis in giant pandas, the sequence of ITS, D1/D2, and IGS1 loci in 29 isolates of Trichosporon spp. which were isolated from the body surface of giant pandas were combination to investigate interspecies identification and genotype.

While previous studies have shown that GHG reductions could synergistically decrease air pollutant emissions and protect public health, limited research has been conducted to compare the health cobenefits of different technology pathways toward deep decarbonization. Using an integrated approach that combines energy and emission technology modeling, high-resolution chemical transport simulation, and health impact assessment, we find that achievement of the 80% GHG reduction target would bring substantial air quality and health cobenefits.

The mechanisms of orogenesis are rooted in two competing hypotheses known as the accretionary and collisional models. The former model attributes the Cordillera to an archetypal accretionary orogen comprising a collage of exotic terranes.

Here, we report the facile and universal synthesis of metal halide perovskite nanotubes (NTs) in a micro alkylammonium emulsion system for the first time. The [PbBr]-based NTs with a diameter of 300 nm and length of 100 μm were synthesized through the reaction of PbBr and long-chain bromide in advance, which can be controllably converted into general metal halide perovskite APbBr (A = Cs, FA, MA) with preserved tubular morphology by introducing the Cs, MA, and FA cations.

In this paper, pharmacophore and molecular docking models of eight key lipid-lowering targets, namely NPC1 L1, HMG-CoA reductase, SQS, MTP, CETP, PPARα, LXRα and LXRβ, were used to screen out the small molecular database of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), which was made up of ingredients of thirteen Chinese herbal medicines contained in Xixian Tongshuan Preparation. The screening results indicated that the preparation could showed an effect in regulating lipid on target NPC1 L1, HMG-CoA reductase, LXRβ and SQS through four groups of potential active compounds, namely prupersin A in peach kernel and suffruticoside A in gastrodiaelata, limocitrin-β-D-glucoside in Ligusticum chuanxiong, 2'-(2,3-dihydroxybenzoyl)-sweroside in Pinellia ternate and quercitrin in Panax notoginseng, 4-tert-butyl-2-[(5-tert-butyl-2-hydroxy-phenyl)methoxy-methyl]-6-(hydroxymethyl)phenol in Gastrodia elata.

It has been discovered that natural and anthropogenic aerosols have a great influence on meteorological variables such as temperature, snow water equivalent, and precipitation, which in turn impact the reservoir inflow. Therefore, it is imperative for us to quantify the impact of aerosols on reservoir inflow and to incorporate the aerosol models into future reservoir inflow forecasting models.

Vivid colors as blue, green, and yellow (peak efficiency of ~60%) are experimentally achieved based on a Fano-resonance by altering the overlay's refractive index, which is highly sensitive to the surrounding material. Furthermore, the feasibility of using this device in large-area color printing and index sensors is discussed in detail, wherein a large-area (3 cm × 3 cm) logo and a figure of merit of 254 are achieved.

Methods: Considering the important role of circular RNAs (circRNAs) in cancers, we established AZD9291-resistant NSCLC cell lines (H1975/AZDR and HCC827/AZDR) and used microarray analysis to determine the circRNA expression profiles of the cells. The H1975/AZDR and HCC827/AZDR cell lines were induced by gradually increasing the drug concentration.
