We present the interesting case of a patient with peritoneal solitary fibrous tumor (SFT). The patient initially presented with right lower quadrant pain. Computed tomography findings revealed the presence of a large mass near the cecum, with both arterial and venous blood supply arising directly from the splenic artery and vein.
