[Pathomorphological peculiarities of hemomicrocirculatory bed of the small and large intestine in acute peritonitis].

Experimental comparative morphological investigation of hemomicrocirculation bed (HMCB) of the small and large bowel wall was performed in dynamics of an acute serous peritonitis. Spreaded aseptic peritonitis was simulated using injection of 5 ml of gamma-caraginen (Sigma, USA) in 1 ml of isotonic solution of sodium chloride. On the early stage of peritonitis (in 12 h from beginning of the experiment) in mucosa of small bowel nonsignificant venuls dilatation and the capillary lumen reduction were observed.

[Severity of illness index in patients with an acute sepsis].

The analysis of prognostic value of APACHE II scale in estimation of the severity state in patients with an acute sepsis was presented. There was proposed the scale of estimation of the severity state in patients with an acute sepsis.

[The use of efferent approach of detoxication and immunologic correction in the combined treatment of acute sepsis].

In 90 patients with an acute sepsis application of cryopreserved hepatocytes and splenic sections had promoted detoxication and immunocorrection, improved the rehabilitational indexes significantly.

[The mathematical modelling of tropical malaria].

The new mathematical model of P. falciparum malaria has been created. One means the operational forecast of epidemic process when different control measures are realized.

Some problems of tracheobronchoplasty for lung cancer in a Regional Hospital in Russia.

Tracheobronchoplastic procedures formed part of the operation for lung cancer in 41 patients of a Regional Hospital in Russia over the past 2 and a half years. Twenty-nine patients underwent sleeve lobectomy; in a further 12 patients, right pneumonectomy was combined with resection of other mediastinal structures. In 16 patients, sleeve lobectomy was indicated by the high risk of pneumonectomy.

[Extracorporeal circulation of cryopreserved xeno-hepatocytes in patients with toxic peritonitis].

The mechanism of the development of the syndrome of endogenous intoxication at the early postoperative period in patients with toxic phase of peritonitis is considered. A method for detoxication-extracorporeal hemoperfusion through cryoconservated xenohepatocytes, which permits to reduce the severity of endogenous intoxication and to activize the natural detoxicative systems of the organism is suggested.

[Use of therapeutic discrete plasmapheresis in combination with extracorporeal blood irradiation with ultraviolet rays in the treatment of patients with obliterative disease of blood vessels of the lower extremities].

The results of treatment of 440 patients with obliterative diseases of the arteries of the lower extremities are presented. Use of the ultra-violet rays for extracorporeal irradiation of the blood in combination with discrete plasmapheresis has a pronounced therapeutic effect, contributes to improvement in regional blood flow and shortening the duration of patients' staying in the hospital by 5-7 days.

[The interaction of circahoral and circadian rhythms. A cybernetic model].

Parameters of ideal circadian cycle were compared with those of a circadian cycle composed of near-hour fluctuations. The integral cycle was optimized by the algorithm of matrix random search studying the approximation of its parameters to the ideal cycle after the phase shift of the latter. Computer calculations revealed a low efficiency of the search by fluctuation amplitude.
