Objectives: To assess the efficacy of thoracoscopy and the outcome for children with thoracic neurogenic tumors.

Methods: We performed a retrospective review of 15 European centers between 2000 and 2020 with patients who underwent thoracoscopy for a neurogenic mediastinal tumor. We assessed preoperative data, complications, and outcomes.

Background: The management of nonparasitic splenic cysts (NPSC) remains controversial. Surgical resection is indicated for symptomatic or complicated forms, but no guidelines are available for asymptomatic NPSC. An unusual presentation of a cystic duplication of the sigmoid colon entirely lined with squamous epithelium.

Alimentary tract duplications are rare congenital malformations that occur most commonly in the jejunoileal part of the gastrointestinal tract. Management of this pathologic condition is usually drawn up. We report a case of descending colonic communicating duplication in which clinical presentation and anatomopathologic results were unexpected.
