We investigated the effect of antimuscarinic agents with different subtype selectivity on urodynamic parameters in nonhuman primates and rodents and compared plasma levels of these agents between species. Anesthetized rhesus monkeys were transurethrally catheterized, and the bladder was infused with saline.
