Objective: This scoping review aims to identify, catalogue, and characterize previously reported tools, techniques, methods, and processes that have been recommended or used by evidence synthesizers to detect fraudulent or erroneous data and mitigate its impact.

Introduction: Decision-making for policy and practice should always be underpinned by the best available evidence-typically peer-reviewed scientific literature. Evidence synthesis literature should be collated and organized using the appropriate evidence synthesis methodology, best exemplified by the role systematic reviews play in evidence-based health care.

Background: Testing for glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency is an important consideration regarding treatment for malaria. G6PD deficiency may lead to haemolytic anaemia during malaria treatment and, therefore, determining G6PD deficiency in malaria treatment strategies is extremely important.

Methods: This report presents the results of a scoping review and evidence and gap map for consideration by the Guideline Development Group for G6PD near patient tests to support radical cure of Plasmodium vivax.

Objective: This study aims: (a) to evaluate patterns of domperidone dispensing to mothers of very preterm (<32 weeks gestation) infants born before and after 2014 when international recommendations were made to limit its use and (b) to examine characteristics associated with domperidone dispensing and impacts on breast milk feeding rates at infant hospital discharge.

Design: Retrospective audit using linked electronic medical records and hospital pharmacy records.

Setting: Tertiary-referral neonatal intensive care unit at the Women's and Children's Hospital in South Australia.

Purpose: Ten percent of pregnancies are affected by intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR), and evidence suggests that affected neonates have reduced activity of hepatic cytochrome P450 (CYP) drug metabolising enzymes. Given that almost all pregnant individuals take medications and additional medications are often required during an IUGR pregnancy, we aimed to determine the impact of IUGR on hepatic CYP activity in sheep fetuses and pregnant ewes.

Methods: Specific probes were used to determine the impact of IUGR on the activity of several CYP isoenzymes (CYP1A2, CYP2C19, CYP2D6 and CYP3A) in sheep fetuses and pregnant ewes.

We undertook a survey among Australian women to examine patterns of use of galactagogues and perceptions regarding their safety and effectiveness.
