Objective: The purpose of this research is to study the quantitative indicators of the provision of medical care using telemedicine technologies (TMT) with the remote interaction of medical workers with each other to obtain an objective assessment of the level of activity and involvement of medical organizations (MO) of different constituent entities of the Russian Federation (RF) in this process.

Material And Methods: The study was carried out according to the reporting forms of the Federal State Budgetary Institution National Medical Research Center «Central Research Institute of Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery» (FSBI NMRC «CRID&MFS») of the Ministry of Health of Russia based on the results of councils of doctors using TMT. A total of 648 indicators were studied, reflecting the purpose of the consultation, the number of medical organizations that requested consultation in the specialty «maxillofacial surgery», the number of patients and requests.

Background: Current methods used to diagnose the thalassemia minor (TM) patients require high-cost assays, while broader screening based on routine blood count has limited specificity and sensitivity. This study developed a new screening technique for TM patients' diagnosis.

In studying of conductivity of single supernarrow pores (varying 1 to 15 nm in diameter), formed in thin membranes (10-12 microm in the thickness) from polyethylene terephthalate (PETP), there were revealed discrete changes of currents passing through such pores when applied from external source of potential difference from 200 to 1000 mV. By several characteristics, such discrete currents (discrete conductivity changes) appeared to be identical the so-cold current of single ionic channels in the cell membranes. Supernarrow pores which properties are describes in the present work were obtained as a result of alkaline etching of tracks in thin PETP membranes (a variant of the so-called nuclear filters).

Bevacizumab (Avastin) in combination with intravenous 5-fluorouracil-based chemotherapy as first-line as well as second-line treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer improves survival. Although skin rash (type unspecified) has been described in some patients following infusion of bevacizumab, it is not a common toxicity of bevacizumab, while acneiform rash occurs in more than 90% of patients who receive cetuximab (Erbitux), the severity of which appears to be predictive of response. We report a patient with colorectal cancer who developed a rash secondary to bevacizumab that correlated with response.

The results of long standing researches in the zones, which suffered from Chernobyl accident, on cultured cells, mice, blood lymphocytes of inhabitants of polluted regions (adults and children) are brought in the paper. The conclusion is that residence in polluted territories results in genomic instability, that is manifested in many effects on cytogenetic, cellular and organisms levels. It was shown, that in late descendants of cells after exposition in Chernobyl zone the increase of cell death, the micronuclei level, the frequency of giant cells, the enhancement of radiosensitivity and the absence of the adaptive response was observed.

The inhabitants of Techa river villages exposed to injured radiation action and inhabitants of uncontaminated regions were examined by micronuclei (MN) assay. The initial damage of blood lymphocytes, the role of radiation in the induction of sensitivity to the acute irradiation and the ability to form the adaptive response were evaluated. Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were exposed to 60Co gamma-rays (a dose of 3 Gy) and cultivated during seven days in the presence of PHA and BrdU. It was shown that the metaphases of the first and second mitosises occurred during cultivation of the irradiated and unirradiated lymphocytes, being evidence about of irregularity of the coming into division of various fractions of lymphocytes.
