The results of the colon cancer treatment with the use of laparoscopic surgery and different radiotherapy regimens were compared. 75 patients were observed. The main group consisted of 38 patients, who were operated on laparoscopically and had received neoadjuvant radiotherapy course.

Results of treatment of one patient with multiple cancer of colon and the efficacy of laparoscopic surgical methods for synchronous tumors of colon are analyzed. It is revealed that laparoscopic technologies for colon resection reduce surgical trauma. Short- and long-term results demonstrate high level of patient's life quality; recurrence-free period was 3 years.

Device-controlled bipolar electrocoagulation is characterized by less invasiveness compared with electrosurgical closed hemorrhoidectomy. Device-controlled bipolar electrocoagulation provides better repair and treatment of wound inflammation, shorter wound healing.

Use of Liga Sure and Auto Sonix devices in laparoscopic surgery on the stomach, colon and rectum for gastric, duodenal ulcers and colorectal cancer was analyzed. These devices make easier surgery and improved postoperative period. In test group of patients time of surgery, blood loss, smoke in surgical field were less, scope of laparoscopic stage increased.
