[Complex approach to the complicated forms of colorectal cancer].

The results of the colon cancer treatment with the use of laparoscopic surgery and different radiotherapy regimens were compared. 75 patients were observed. The main group consisted of 38 patients, who were operated on laparoscopically and had received neoadjuvant radiotherapy course.

[One-stage laparoscopic resection of colon at primary-multiple cancer].

Results of treatment of one patient with multiple cancer of colon and the efficacy of laparoscopic surgical methods for synchronous tumors of colon are analyzed. It is revealed that laparoscopic technologies for colon resection reduce surgical trauma. Short- and long-term results demonstrate high level of patient's life quality; recurrence-free period was 3 years.

[Laparoscopic surgery of colon cancer].

Laparoscopic technologies have been used for the treatment of 184 patients with cancer of colon. Use of electrosurgical and suturing mechanical devices with linear and circular sutures is the essential part of laparoscopic and laparoscopy-assisted operations. Laparoscopic lymphadenectomy at patients with cancer of colon permits to perform required radical surgery that guarantees positive short- and long-term results of treatment.

[Electrosurgical technologies in hemorrhoidectomy].

Based on experience in the treatment of 156 patients with chronic haemorrhoids, a comparative study of clinical efficiency of electrosurgical techniques in hemorrhoidectomy was carried out. Device-controlled bipolar electrocoagulation is characterized by less invasiveness compared with electrosurgical closed hemorrhoidectomy. Device-controlled bipolar electrocoagulation provides better repair and treatment of wound inflammation, shorter wound healing.

[Comparative aspects of surgical treatment of hemorrhoid].

Based on experience in treating 64 patients with chronic hemorrhoid a comparative clinical evaluation of efficiency of electrosurgical methods is carried out hemorrhoidectomy. Compared with traditional Milligan-Morgan surgery, electrosurgical method demonstrates the absence of intraoperative blood loss, a reduction in the algetic syndrome after surgery, a decrease in postoperative complications rates by 4.8 times.

[Comparative characteristics of Liga Sure and Auto Sonix devices in laparoscopic surgery].

Use of Liga Sure and Auto Sonix devices in laparoscopic surgery on the stomach, colon and rectum for gastric, duodenal ulcers and colorectal cancer was analyzed. These devices make easier surgery and improved postoperative period. In test group of patients time of surgery, blood loss, smoke in surgical field were less, scope of laparoscopic stage increased.
