[Cholecystectomy combined with other operations on the abdominal cavity organs].

The authors analysed the results of combined operations in diseases of the biliary system and other abdominal organs in 129 patients. All operations were divided into 4 groups. It is noted that decompression of the bile ducts must be performed when cholecystectomy is combined with resection of the stomach so as to avoid the development of severe postoperative complications.
