Introduction: Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is a rare B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that most commonly affects men above the age of 60 years. The disease is called MCL because the tumor cells originate from the mantle zone of the lymph node. The most commonly affected sites are the lymph nodes, bone marrow, gastrointestinal tract, Waldeyer's ring and rarely the skin, breast and central nervous system.

We report a case of an orbital hemangiopericytoma (HPC) in a female infant diagnosed at 7 weeks of age. Cytogenetic analysis of the tumor revealed trisomy 15. To the authors' knowledge, this is only the second reported case of this chromosomal aberration being associated with HPC, both cases occurring in infants.

Giant cell tumor of bone is a benign, locally aggressive neoplasm that is composed of sheets of neoplastic mononuclear cells interspersed amongst non-neoplastic, uniformly distributed, osteoclast-like giant cells. They represent approximately 4-5% of primary bone tumors. Rarely, bone tumors have been noted to produce human chorionic gonadotropin, a finding most often reported in osteosarcoma.
