PCR is the most effective method for detecting difficult-to-cultivate pathogens and pathogens that are part of mixed infections in animals, such as , which causes bird ornithobacteriosis, or , which causes infectious coryza. In this work, we developed and validated two efficient and sensitive diagnostic assays for the rapid and accurate detection of and DNA in bacterial isolates and clinical samples using real-time PCR with TaqMan-like probes. When designing the PCR assays, we performed in silico analysis, optimized DNA isolation methods and PCR conditions, and assessed the analytical and diagnostic performance of PCR.

This paper considers a class of multi-agent distributed convex optimization with a common set of constraints and provides several continuous-time neurodynamic approaches. In problem transformation, l and l penalty methods are used respectively to cast the linear consensus constraint into the objective function, which avoids introducing auxiliary variables and only involves information exchange among primal variables in the process of solving the problem. For nonsmooth cost functions, two differential inclusions with projection operator are proposed.

In the downlink communication, it is currently challenging for ground users to cope with the uncertain interference from aerial intelligent jammers. The cooperation and competition between ground users and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) jammers leads to a Markov game problem of anti-UAV jamming. Therefore, a model-free method is adopted based on multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL) to handle the Markov game.

Objective: To determine an effect of CD38 on the regulation of oxytocin (OT) production and to identify psychosocial characteristics according to the Strength and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) in adolescent schoolchildren.

Material And Methods: The study included 308 adolescents, aged 11-18 years, of an unbiased school sample from three large cities of Central Siberia (Krasnoyarsk, =194; Abakan, =76; Kyzyl, =38). All participants were Russian.

Traffic guidance and traffic control are effective means to alleviate traffic problems. Formulating effective traffic guidance measures can improve the utilization rate of road resources and optimize the performance of the entire traffic network. Assuming that the traffic coordinator can capture traffic flow information in real-time utilizing sensors installed on each road, we consider the strong resilience constraints to construct an optimal selection problem of balanced flow in the traffic network.

Unlabelled: We aimed to assess the prevalence, content structure and, psychological comorbidity of PIU in Russian adolescents. In addition, the design of our research provided an opportunity to compare demographic and psychological patterns of different forms of PIU: generalized (PIUgen) and specific problematic video game use (PUgame), as well as problematic social media use (PUsocial).

Methods: This is a one-stage cross-sectional observational study of school sampling in three major Siberian cities.

CD38 is a transmembrane glycoprotein that regulates oxytocin (OT) production and influences social interactions. The oxytocin receptor (OXTR) has been studied intensively regarding its association with human psychosocial functions. Many studies have demonstrated a link between rs3796863 and rs53576 polymorphic regions and psychosocial characteristics as well as various psychiatric disorders in adolescents.

Objective: To study the frequency of borderline mental disorders in children of secondary general education schools.

Material And Methods: We examined 1013 male and female schoolchildren, aged 12-14 and 15-17 years. In the first stage, the they completed a screening questionnaire to estimate the presence of a range of psychosomatic syndromes.

We showed the data on clinical efficiency of low doses of antibodies to brain-specific protein S100 in the complex therapy of schoolchildren with painful variant of functional dyspepsia syndrome. Significant positive effects of the substance on the dynamics of epigastric pain, in particular, its duration, were found. The maximum clinical effect was observed in children with emotional disorders (~1/3 of all examined children).

The authors discuss the system of information about investigations on toxicological (forensic) chemistry carried out for obtaining the scientific degree as it has formed in this country. They present a review and a list of theses and their abstracts in this discipline defended during the period from 1936 to 2010. The analysis of the themes of the studies is performed with reference to the dynamics of preparation of the theses in the Soviet and post-Soviet periods.

The present work was designed for the analysis of informational support of scientific research in the field of forensic (toxicological) chemistry in this country during the period preceding the collapse of the Soviet Union and in present-day Russia. The established channels of transmission of relevant information are characterized. Recommendations for the further development of the work in this sphere and its improvement are proposed.

Sixty children infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MBT), aged 3 to 5 years were followed up in the period before specific chemotherapy. The studies established structural and functional changed in the immune system in young MBT-infected children. Moreover, the disorders found in immune homeostasis were of combined nature.

The study results of identifying the opium alkaloids (morphine, codeine and their synthetic analogue heroin) in urine during the forensic chemical examinations by using the method of thin-layer chromatography (TLC) are described. Several solvent systems and chromogenic reagents designed for the TLC analysis of opiates are presented. Solvent systems were defined to separate the opiates (isolated from urine) in Sorbphyl plates; besides, a chromogenic reagents' kit was suggested to detect them in the forensic medical analysis of urine.

A method for analysis of human cadaveric organs for actellik, an organophosphorus insecticide (pyrimiphos methyl), has been developed, consisting in the agent isolation using hexan, separation of extraction substances by extraction redistribution between hexan and dimethylformamide, and subsequent preparative chromatographic isolation in a sorbent layer (KSK silica gel or silicic acid) with chloroform used as solvent. This method permits isolation of 49-52% of actellic added to the liver. A method of purified extract analysis by thin-layer chromatography on silufol plates and KSK silica gel using a complex of chromogenic reagents and selective solvent system has been worked out.
