Materials and Methods This retrospective, multicenter cohort study from 22 comprehensive stroke centers in Europe and Asia includes patients treated between January 1, 2008, and December 31, 2022.

Microsatellite based molecular characterization of Nattukuttai- a unique short statured Bos indicus cattle population of southern India.

Molecular characterization was conducted to characterise 'Nattukuttai', a native cattle population of the north-eastern agro-climatic zone of Tamil Nadu (India), using thirty microsatellite markers. The analyses revealed a high level of genetic diversity, with a total of 294 alleles observed across all the loci, averaging 9.8 alleles per locus.

IBU-loaded menthosomes were formulated by thin film hydration & optimized using 2 factorial designs (Design Expert® version 13 software). In vitro & ex vivo skin permeation analysis of IBU-encapsulated menthosomes was studied across the rat skin sample.

Methods: Read depth-based method implemented in CNVnator was used for calling copy number variant regions on sequenced data obtained from WGS from 15 pooled samples belonging to five draught cattle breeds of Tamil Nadu.

Results: A total of 11,605 CNV regions (CNVRs) were observed covering a genome size of 18.
