In this article, a 12 switch 31 L multi-level inverter (MLI) is proposed with the benefits of least switching devices for electric vehicle applications. In most electric vehicles (EV), conventional inverters are utilized so the lifetime of electric vehicle induction motors is reduced due to the high THD level and high voltage stress. To rectify this, a new inverter topology is proposed with minimum switching devices by increasing the level to 31, and also the THD should be maintained within IEEE standards.

This study focuses on exploring the potential of a marine bacterial species, Stenotrophomonas rhizophila BGNAK1, for the synthesis of biocompatible copper nanoparticles and their application for hindering biofilms formed by monomicrobial species. The study begins with the isolation of the novel marine S.

Even though many studies have been reported on the effects of these in marine environment, studies concerning their accumulation and impact on terrestrial ecosystem have been scanty. The current study was designed to determine how terrestrial plants, especially legumes, interact with micro/nanoplastics to gain insights into their uptake and translocation.

Artificial intelligence (AI), a method of simulating the human brain in order to complete tasks in a more effective manner, has had numerous implementations in fields from manufacturing sectors to digital electronics. Despite the potential of AI, it may be obstinate to assume that the person administered society would rely solely on AI; with an example being the healthcare field. With the ever-expanding discoveries made on a regular basis regarding the growth of various diseases and its preservations, utilizing brain power may be deemed essential, but that doesn't leave AI as a redundant asset.

Surgeons around the world needed closed introspection, contemplation, and prospective consensual recommendations for safe surgical practice and prevention of viral contamination. One hundred orthopaedic surgeons from 50 countries were sent a Google online form with a questionnaire explicating protocols for admission, surgeries, discharge, follow-up, relevant information affecting their surgical practices, difficulties faced, and many more important issues that happened during and after the lockdown.

This aspect is even more important for much less explored ceramics, like NbB-based materials. While addressing this aspect, the present investigation reports the thermostructural stability of spark plasma sintered NbB-(0-40) mol % BC composites under the hypersonic aero-thermodynamic conditions using a miniature detonation-driven shock tube facility.

Materials And Methods: About 36 patients were selected, randomly divided into two groups and was evaluated clinically using three different stimuli, i.e.
Objective: To compare the cognitive outcome of children of women with epilepsy (CWE) with matched controls (CWO).
Methods: CWE (10-12 years) under follow up in Kerala Registry of Epilepsy and Pregnancy (n=190) were evaluated with WISC-IV, Trail Making Test (TMT), Rey Auditory Verbal Learning Test (RAVLT) and compared with age and sex matched children of women without epilepsy - CWO (n=149) drawn from schools in the same region. The dosage was expressed as prescribed daily dose/daily-defined dose (PDD/DDD) ratio in order to make comparisons.
Study Design Case report. Objective To analyze the surgical difficulties in restoring global spinal stability and to describe an effective surgical option for tuberculosis with extensive destruction of the lumbosacral spine. Advanced tuberculosis with destruction of the lumbosacral spine can result in a kyphosis or hypolordosis, leading to back pain, spinal instability, and neurological deficits.

Aim: The aim of this study was to assess the level of knowledge, awareness and attitude about research ethics and research ethics committees (RECs) among dental faculties.
Materials And Methods: This cross-sectional questionnaire study incorporated a self administered questionnaire. Descriptive, Chi-square and logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the data.
Background: Surgical training has recently emphasized simulation-based training of core surgical skills and tasks such as bowel and vascular anastomoses. This may increase efficiency of training within the operating room. Objective data regarding the effectiveness of instruction or monitoring progress in simulating vascular and bowel anastomoses are lacking.

Background And Objective: The authors present a national survey determining the current practice of postoperative analgesia after major thoracic surgery in the United Kingdom.
Methods: Two hundred and forty anaesthetists from 36 thoracic centres were surveyed and the response rate was 78%.
Results: The commonest analgesic technique after video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery is paravertebral block combined with patient-controlled analgesia with morphine.
Esophageal papillomatosis is a very rare condition that is believed to have a benign clinical course. Recent reports underscore the potential development of a malignancy in association with squamous papillomatosis of the esophagus. A case of esophageal papillomatosis complicated by the development of esophageal invasive squamous cell carcinoma diagnosed after esophagectomy, despite multiple nondiagnostic endoscopic biopsies, is described.
