This study systematically analyzed the current status of outcomes in randomized controlled trial(RCT) of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment of diabetic kidney disease(DKD), aiming to provide a reference for constructing the core outcome set(COS) of TCM treatment of DKD. The clinical RCTs of TCM treatment of DKD that were published from January 2019 to March 2024 were retrieved from seven databases: CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, SinoMed, PubMed, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science. The risk of bias was assessed and outcome indicators were qualitatively analyzed.

Rechargeable zinc batteries (RZBs) are hindered by two primary challenges: instability of Zn anode and deterioration of the cathode structure in traditional aqueous electrolytes, largely attributable to the decomposition of active H2O. Here, we design and synthesize a non-flammable water-in-dimethyl sulfoxide electrolyte to address these issues. X-ray absorption spectroscopy, in situ techniques and computational simulations demonstrate that the activity of H2O in this electrolyte is extremely compressed, which not only suppresses the side reactions and increases the reversibility of Zn anode, but also diminishes the cathode dissolution and proton intercalation.

Gastric cancer (GC) ranks 3rd in incidence rate and mortality rate among malignant tumors in China, and the age-standardized five-year net survival rate of patients with GC was 35.9% from 2010 to 2014. The tumor immune microenvironment (TIME), which includes T cells, macrophages, natural killer (NK) cells and B cells, significantly affects tumor progression, immunosuppression and drug resistance in patients with GC.

Methods: In the present study, LINC00323, VEGFA, microvessel density (MVD), and AKAP1 levels were confirmed in NSCLC tissues.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify metabolic biomarkers and investigate the metabolic changes associated with aqueous humor in retinal vein occlusion macular edema (RVO-ME).
Methods: Aqueous humor (AH) samples were collected from patients, including those diagnosed with central retinal vein occlusion macular edema (CRVO-ME), branch retinal vein occlusion macular edema (BRVO-ME), and a control group undergoing cataract surgery. Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) was utilized to analyze the metabolomic profiles in aqueous humor.
Objective: This study presents a novel odontoid parameter, the odontoid incidence (OI), to examine the correlation between OI on preoperative cervical sagittal radiographs and 2-year clinical outcomes following short-segment anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) in patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM).

Methods: A total of 189 patients who underwent LT were prospectively recruited in the study. Of these patients, 13 cases died or received re-transplantation within 90 days after surgery were classified as EAF group, while rest 176 patients were included in the non-EAF group.

Background: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are major research factors in a variety of diseases, and lncRNA OIP5-AS1 (OIP5-AS1) was shown to mediate the progression of various tumors. Therefore, it is of great clinical importance to understand the mechanism of potential factors that promote liver fibrosis after virological cure by treatment with DAAs. Here, we found that tubulointerstitial nephritis antigen-like 1 (TINAGL1) is significantly increased in HCV-infected hepatocytes and in the liver of patients with liver fibrosis, and that higher TINAGL1 expression persists in HCV-eradicated hepatocytes after treatment with DAAs.

We present the first subcellular-resolution spatial transcriptome atlas of the human prefrontal cortex (PFC), generated with Stereo-seq from six male AD cases at varying neuropathological stages and six age-matched male controls. Our analyses revealed distinct transcriptional alterations across PFC layers, highlighted disruptions in laminar structure, and exposed AD-related shifts in layer-to-layer and cell-cell interactions.

Given the unique features of mild synthetic conditions, well-defined and tailorable structures, easy healing and regeneration, PSCMs have captured widespread interest in molecular recognition, sensor, gas storage and separation, and so on. Moreover, they currently emerge as promising photocatalysts because it is readily to endow PSCMs with photo-function, and the hydrogen-bonding and π-π stacking can serve as electron transfer channels to boost photocatalytic activity.
