Objective: Although autogenous grafting is accepted as the gold standard in intraoral grafting, xenogenous grafts are frequently used in sinus lift surgeries due to their osteoinductive and osteoconductive properties. This study aimed to investigate the efficacy of fish spine-derived xenogenic grafts in sinus augmentation surgery.
Material And Methods: In this study, a fish spine-derived xenogenic graft was produced for comparison with autogenous graft and bovine derived xenogenic grafts.
Introduction: The most common form of priapism is ischaemic and its prevalence in men has increased in recent years as a result of intracavernosal drug use. Currently, there is no approved specific treatment for ischaemic priapism other than cavernosal aspiration, which can only provide detumescence. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of intracavernosal mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) therapy in an ischaemic priapism model.

The study aimed to determine the optimal dose of ADSC-exos in wound healing.
Methods: The 45 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into five groups, with seven animals in each.
Aim: The mental nerve, the extended part of the inferior alveolar nerve, is often injured during dentoalveolar, orthognathic, or tumor surgery. Numerous therapeutic interventions, including surgery and pharmacotherapy, have been used to enhance the recovery of nerve injuries. Dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs) represent an easily accessible source of adult stem cells that can be isolated from the pulp of extracted teeth.

Materials And Methods: BALB-c mice were divided into treatment groups (MSC, MSC + colistin (C)-fosfomycin (F), and C-F and control groups (positive and negative)). CRAB was administered to mice through intraperitoneal injection.
In box genioplasty it is possible to advance, retrude, impact, and elongate, as well as to correct asymmetry. The aim of this study was to analyse the stability of box genioplasty as part of orthognathic correction. Twenty-five consecutive patients who had gone through the multidisciplinary pathway were selected.

Objectives: The study's aim developed the standard mouth opening measurement in children by using ordinary least squares regression to develop a clinical prediction model in children with Temporomandibular Joint Ankylosis before preoperative surgery.
Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are produced by various cells and exist in most biological fluids. They play an important role in cell-cell signaling, immune response, and tumor metastasis, and also have theranostic potential. They deliver many functional biomolecules, including DNA, microRNAs (miRNA), messenger RNA (mRNA), long non-coding RNA (lncRNA), lipids, and proteins, thus affecting different physiological processes in target cells.

The ChipEXO™ is a natural product derived from convalescent human immune plasma of patients recovered from moderate COVID-19 infection. In September 2021, 13 patients with pending respiratory failure were treated with ChipEXO™ adapted for aerosolized formulation delivered jet nebulizer.

Materials And Methods: In order to obtain secretome, hDPSCs were conditioned with serum-free alpha-MEM in an incubator containing 37°C, 5% CO, and humidity for 18-24 h. Proteins in control and TGF-β1 secretome were analyzed by tandem mass spectrometry-based shotgun proteomic method.
Purpose: To seek out the bone regeneration effect of human umbilical cord-mesenchymal stem cell (hUC-MSC)-derived exosomes of loaded chitosan/hydroxyapatite (CS/HA) scaffold in a rat calvarium bone regeneration model.
Materials And Methods: The hUC-MSC exosomes were purified and characterized. The scaffolds were prepared by a freeze-drying method.
The aim of the present study was to perform clinical, biochemical, and radiological evaluation of the efficacy of mesenchymal stem cells derived from Wharton jelly (WJ) present within the human umbilical cord in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Between 2018 and 2019, 10 patients with knee osteoarthritis for whom the conservative treatment was not beneficial were included in the study. Patients were clinically, radiologically, and biochemically evaluated before treatment initiation.

We aimed to investigate the efficacy of two different doses of allogeneic bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) on PTX-induced mechanical allodynia and spinal cytokine levels and their localization to target tissues such as the spinal cord and sciatic nerve. After the development of mechanical allodynia with repeated PTX administration, two different doses of rat BM-MSCs, low or high (1 × 10 -5 × 10 ), were transplanted into rats and the evaluation continued for 30 days.

The increase in infections with multidrug resistant bacteria has forced to return to the use of colistin, antibiotic with known nephrotoxicity. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are being extensively investigated for their potential in regenerative medicine. This study aimed to investigate the possible protective mechanisms of the MSCs against kidney injury induced by colistin.

Materials And Methods: pCMV-TGF-β1 plasmid was transfected into hDPSCs by electroporation. hDPSC and TGF-β1 transfected hDPSC secretomes were collected for LC-MS/MS.
Purpose: Sepsis and septic shock are the major causes of death in intensive care units. This study aimed to evaluate the clinical safety and efficacy of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in sepsis and septic shock patients.
Methods: Ten patients were enrolled in the study.

Background: The aim of the study was to evaluate the changes in craniofacial dimensions of newly diagnosed and untreated acromegaly patients, patients with non-functional pituitary adenoma and healthy individuals on Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT).
Material And Methods: 50 newly diagnosed acromegaly patients who did not receive any treatment for acromegaly were included in the study (Group A). Twenty patients with nonfunctional pituitary adenoma (Group B) and 30 healthy individuals were included (Group C).
Colistin is an effective antibiotic against multidrug-resistant gram-negative bacterial infections; however, neurotoxic effects are fundamental dose-limiting factors for this treatment. Stem cell therapy is a promising method for treating neuronal diseases. Multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) represent a promising source for regenerative medicine.

Perioral rejuvenation is carried out by surgical and non-surgical tools. The common procedures are laser resurfacing and volumanisation using alloplastic fillers or autogenous fat. Nonetheless, any such procedures are associated with complications.

Various medical and non-invasive methods are available to minimize scar formation but as yet no methods have been discovered to eliminate them. We hypothesize that immediate fat and nanofat-enriched fat graft transfer may improve the scar quality and optimize results.
