This study examined how thermotherapy affects gas pain, resilience after surgery, and body temperature discomfort in patients who had laparoscopic myomectomies.
The experimental group received thermotherapy four hours post-surgery, while the control group did not, with data analyzed using various statistical methods.
Results indicated that thermotherapy significantly reduced shoulder-related gas pain and body temperature discomfort, suggesting it could enhance post-operative recovery for patients undergoing laparoscopic surgeries.
