Adherence to the Mediterranean diet has decreased among university students in many countries. Cooking skills (CS) and food skills (FS) have been suggested as potential targets for reversing this decline. This study aims to determine CS and FS and to examine their relationship with adherence to the Mediterranean diet in young adults attending university in Türkiye.
