Recent advancements in single file retreatment systems have improved efficiency and ease of use for dental clinicians compared to multiple file systems.* -
The study aimed to assess and compare the efficacy of various retreatment systems versus hand instrumentation by measuring removal efficiency, retreatment time, and canal transportation.* -
Results indicated that while all systems effectively removed filling material with minimal canal transportation, hand instrumentation was the slowest and caused the most canal transportation at 9 mm from the apex, while the WaveOne Gold system took significantly longer than Neoniti and Mtwo R systems.*

Introduction: Bulk-fill composite restorations displayed substantial annual failure related to imperfect marginal adaptation. Although preheated composites improved, marginal adaptation demonstrated early loss of plasticity. A new technique of ultrasonics plasticization was used for fabricating restorations.
