Aim: To compare the expression of miRNA-185-5p and miRNA-424-5p in tumor cells and peripheral blood serum (PBS) of patients with endometrioid carcinoma of the endometrium (ECE) and to evaluate the significance of these biomarkers in cancer progression.
Materials And Methods: The study was conducted on the samples of peripheral blood serum (PBS) and tumor tissue of 58 patients with stage I ECE using clinical and morphological methods and real-time polymerase chain reaction.
Results: A significant increase in the levels of circulating and tumor-associated miRNA-424-5p was established in ECE patients with a history of recurrences compared to patients without recurrences.
Endometrial cancer is the most prevalent gynecologic malignancy with a high risk of recurrence. Local recurrence occurs in 7-20% of patients with treated stage I cancer within 3 years after primary treatment. In this study, we found significantly elevated mRNA expression levels of the oncoprotein KRAS, along with two replicative stress markers, ATR and CHEK1, in samples of endometrial carcinomas of endometrium (ECE) from patients with relapse.

Materials And Methods: Histological preparations of ECE samples (n = 51) were analyzed. Expression of CXCL2 and CXCR4 antigens in tumor cells, the content of CXCL12+ fibroblasts and CD163+ macrophages, and the density of microvessels were determined by the immunohistochemical method.
Aim: To evaluate the prognostic significance of a panel of biomarkers for the identification of a highly malignant molecular subtype of endometrioid carcinoma of the endometrium (ECE).
Materials And Methods: The expression of a number of markers (CD24, CD44, E2F1, FOXP3, Her2/neu, p21WAF1/CIP1, p53, β-catenin, vimentin, Е-cadherin, с-Myc, cyclins D1 and Е1) was determined by the immunohistochemical method in the samples of resected tumors of 127 patients with ECE of I-II stage. The Kullback method and the PanelomiX web tool were used to assess the informativeness and identify the aggressive subtype of ECE.
Background: Prognosis of the course of tumor progression is one of urgent problems of clinical oncology. A relevant specificity of endometrial cancer is its clinical polymorphism within the same histological type of the disease. In this study, the anatomical and ultrastructural responses of Capsicum annuum to iron nanoparticles (Fe NPs) were determined. The results showed that the bio-effects of Fe NPs on plants could be positive or negative, depending on the additive concentrations. Low concentrations of Fe NPs were found to promote plant growth.

In order to analyze the dynamics of morphological and morphometric nuclear rearrangements of cortical cerebellar Purkinje cells under prolonged exposure (for 90 days) on the body of copper sulfate, zinc and iron experiment was conducted on 48 white adult male rats weighing 200-250g, aged 5 -8 months. We used anatomic, morphometric, statistical and common methods of micro anatomical research method. It was found that the combined effect of copper sulfate, zinc and iron on the body has nuclear device ganglion neurons in the cerebellar cortex sufficiently expressive toxicity, which affects the state of neurons.

It is shown that the wound healing process modified by the influence of copper nanoparticles demonstrates the increase in the ESR signal amplitude for :hemoglobin nitrosyl complexes as compared with controls (the ointment base without nanoparticles). Planimetric measurements of wound area through reparation course indicate an active process of wound healing for injuries treated with copper nanoparticles in the ointment, resulting in lessening half-reparation time up to 5.

Comparative study of chitosan wound healing properties and its synthesized derivatives in MC-100 gel was carried out using the model of experimental full thickness skin wounds. It was determined that N-sulfosuccinoyl chitosan derivatives added into the gel in a concentration of 0.05% possess the higher wound healing activity in comparison with other chitosan derivatives and decrease the half-healing period of wounds 2-3 times in comparison with the control.
