Background: The low effectiveness of existing pharmacotherapy strategies for Alzheimer's disease (AD) makes it necessary to develop a new concept for the treatment of this type of dementia. This search is promising to be carried out within the framework of the paradigm of targeting intracellular signaling pathways in Regenerative-Competent Cells (RCCs).
Objective: The purpose of the research is to study the impact of adenylate cyclase (AC) inhibitor on disorders of the psychoemotional status in aged male C57BL/6 mice, as well as on the dynamics of the content and functioning of RCCs nervous tissue.
Background: The efficacy of Alzheimer's disease (AD) treatment can be enhanced by developing neurogenesis regulation approaches by synchronizing regenerative-competent cell (RCCs) activity. As part of the implementation of this direction, the search for drug targets among intracellular signaling molecules is promising.
Objective: This study aims to test the hypothesis that NF-кB inhibitors are able to synchronize the activities of different types RCCs in AD.
Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is the main danger to the life of patients with pneumonia caused by SARS-CoV-2. At the same time, respiratory failure (RF) after ARDS can persist for a long time despite intensive therapy. Therefore, it is important to develop new effective approaches for restoring the ventilation function of the lungs after COVID-19.

Background: Existing neuroprotective drugs are not effective enough to treat alcoholic encephalopathy. This makes the development of novel pharmacological approaches to treating patients with ethanol-induced neurodegeneration(EIN) relevant.
