[Combined coronary artery bypass-graft surgery and valve surgery. Cardiothoracic surgery department of a high specialty medical unit experience].

Background: the combined heart valve surgery and coronary artery bypass graft surgery has increased in frequency. The combined procedures have an increased risk of perioperative complications and mortality and usually is realized in older patients. We present our experience with this combined procedure.
