Metabolism of the latter could result in membrane accumulation of inositol triphosphate leading to cytoplasmic calcium increase and to bronchial smooth muscles contraction. Oral 20% choline chloride solution lowers bronchospasm in dust bronchitis patients with decreased serum subunits of phosphatidyl inositol and increased serum levels of phosphatidyl choline.

Volume and quality of preventive work greatly influence workers' morbidity rates, hence the logistic support of the shop physician's service is of primary importance. It is emphasized that in order to improve prophylactic activity it is necessary to use all the available resources for enjoying conventional forms of shop's medical service.
