Objective: Visual and auditory hallucinations in relation to a cerebellar tumor are rarely reported in children. Primary origin of extraventricular neurocytoma (EVN) in the cerebellum is very rare.

Clinical Presentation: We report on a case of a cerebellar EVN in a 13-year-old girl with the initial symptoms of psychiatric manifestations for more than 2 months.

Introduction: Primary lymphoma of the liver is an extremely rare finding, with the few such cases reported in the literature to date describing indeterminate imaging findings, being focused more on computed tomography. To the best of our knowledge, there is no prior report describing magnetic resonance imaging scan findings with such a lesion. In the case reported here, magnetic resonance imaging gave us the opportunity to ascertain the correct diagnosis, confirmed by histopathology, thus avoiding unnecessary surgery or other treatments.

Salmonella is a gram-negative bacillus that penetrates in human from contaminated food or water. Sallmonela spondylodiscitis is a rare condition occur secondary to hematogenous spread after bacteremia episode. We presented a successful treatment with Levofloxacin in a 26 years old immunocompetent male with a septic form of sallmonelosis complicated with lumbar spondylodiscitis without surgery.
