Objectives: The COVID-19 pandemic forced hospital organisation and healthcare professionals to prepare for large quantities of patients in isolation rooms. In situ simulation may seem promising in order to manage the organisational changes that the pandemic require. View Article and Find Full Text PDFIn Denmark multi-source feedback is used in formative assessment of trainees' performance regarding the roles: communicator, collaborator, professional and manager. A web-based model was developed and evaluated useful, time-effective, acceptable and feasible. The model comprises a validated questionnaire usable in all specialities, personal feedback from an educated feedback facilitator, identification of areas for improvement and a mandatory written plan for the trainees' further professional development.
