Background: Diagnosis of syndesmotic injuries is primarily based upon the assessment of ankle radiographs. The purpose of our study was to redefine the radiographic relationships of the ankle syndesmosis based on a large series of normal ankle radiographs in living subjects.
Methods: The study involved 392 patients (218 females, 174 males) with ankle radiographs without known clinical or radiographic evidence of abnormality.
Background: Little progress has been made addressing reconstruction of the static medial ligamentous structures of the foot. The purpose of this investigation was to reconstruct a flatfoot deformity with a novel static medial ligamentous complex (MLC) and evaluate its ability to correct talar head subluxation and radiographic deformity in a cadaveric model.
Materials And Methods: Eight fresh frozen cadaveric specimens underwent cyclic preconditioning and static axial loading.
Much of the work aimed at elucidating the pathogenesis of osteonecrosis (ON) of the femoral head has focused on bone blood supply, with little attention to the surrounding synovial tissue (ST). We hypothesized that patients with ON exhibit synovial inflammation. Using immunohistological techniques, we found that a large population of patients with ON had synovial inflammation.

In this study, variable (V) genes from the anti- p185(HER-2) 10H8 antibody were similarly assembled and expressed. Four constructs were made: first, the V genes were assembled in both orientations (V(L)-linker-V(H) and V(H)-linker-V(L)) as single chain Fvs (scFvs).
