[Pulmonary involvement in the course of cytomegalovirus infection in an immunocompetent adult].

Introduction: Cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection in the immunocompetent is generally silent or it may present as a mononucleosis like syndrome but, rarely, it can lead to symptomatic manifestations.

Case Report: An immunocompetent and previously healthy 43- year-old woman presented with fever, dyspnoea, liver cell necrosis and a mononucleosis syndrome. The CT scan showed diffuse ground-glass opacity.

[Ruptured mesenteric aneurysm from Listeria monocytogenes].

Infections due to Listeria monocytogenes usually occur in pregnant women, in elderly or immunocompromised patients. We report the case of an immunosuppressed woman who had been hospitalized for a meningoencephalitis due to L. monocytogenes.

[Superficial bone metastases: report of two cases from colonic origin].

Two cases of superficial bony metastases from colonic adenocarcinoma are reported. The plain film, CT and MR features are presented. The diagnostic imaging features and differential diagnosis are discussed.
