Background: Mandibular fracture is the second most common fracture of facial bone, next to nasal bone. Twenty-five to forty percent of mandibular fractures involve the condyle. In the literature, there exists no consensus "gold standard" treatment for mandibular condylar fractures, and there is a continuing debate on whether condylar fractures should undergo closed or open reduction.

Introduction: Appropriate wound closure with appropriate suture material is of prime significance in surgery. Hence, we aim to assess the efficiency of ISO amyl 2-cyanoacrylate glue in closure of extraoral surgical wound when compared with other suture materials like polypropylene (prolene), nylon (ethilon) and silk (mersilk).
Materials And Methods: We conducted a prospective clinical observational study in which 60 subjects were divided into two groups: suture group and cyanoacrylate group.

Parapharyngeal ganglioneuroma of hypoglossal nerve is very rare benign tumor arising from sympathetic nervous system producing mass and functional effect. We present a rare case in 4 year old girl with history of swelling and odynophagia in left side of neck. Extensive clinical, immunohistochemistry, and imaging of the swelling confirmed the diagnosis of ganglioneuroma after surgical excision.
