Fucoidan from Saccharina japonica (SJF) was isolated and characterized, and its anti-inflammatory effects on fine dust/ambient particulate matter (PM)-stimulated HaCaT keratinocytes were investigated. SJF increased cell viability by reducing intracellular ROS production in PM-stimulated HaCaT keratinocytes.
