Unlabelled: This paper describes the main features of perinatal mortality in Botoşani County, during 2005 year.
Material And Methods: A total number of 55 perinatal death files have been analysed and allowed establishing the following profile: 25-29 years old mother, married, secondary school graduate, performing domestic activities and hard-working in own household, with a poor socio-economical status, at first birth and a premature one, without previous health problems.
