Renal angiomyolipoma (AML) is a rare bening tumor of kidney origin. It is majority comprised adipose tissue, blood vesses and smooth muscle. We report a case of a spontaneous rupture of renal angiomyolipoma in a 37-year-old pregnant woman.

In this paper we reported two cases of male patients with kidney trauma treated by renal artery embolization. Endo-vascular embolization is an efficient method for the treatment of patient with severe renal haemorrhage preserving loss of renal parenchyma and renal function.
