Initial diagnostic ultrasound of a 22-year-old female patient presenting with a palpable breast mass revealed a suspicious mass initially thought to arise from the breast. However, follow-up diagnostic mammography was normal without evidence of the 5 cm mass seen on ultrasound, and pathology results from ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy raised suspicion for giant cell tumor, making chest wall origin of the mass more likely. Further CT and MRI imaging indeed revealed a locally invasive mass arising from the anterior fifth rib.

Primary involvement of the breast, known as primary breast lymphoma (PBL), is a very rare manifestation. We report an unusual case of a 65-year-old woman with primary breast EMZL presenting as calcifications discovered during screening mammography.

Involvement of the breast is very rare. This article outlines an improvement effort targeting weekday evening inpatient radiology delays through staffing changes replacing trainees with faculty-trainee team coverage, pushing faculty coverage from 4 pm to 8 pm. Order-report turnaround times (TATs), critical findings TATs for pneumothorax and intracranial hemorrhage (ICH), and percentage meeting target were compared pre and post implementation for the 4 to 8 pm time frame using the Mann-Whitney and χ tests, respectively.

We compared aortic annular measurements by cardiac computed tomography angiography (cCTA) to three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography (3D-TEE), and also evaluated the use of semi-automated software for cCTA annular measurements.
Materials And Methods: A retrospective cohort of 74 patients underwent 3D-TEE and electrocardiogram-gated cCTA of the heart within 30 days for TAVR planning.
