Atypical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HOCM) is a relatively rare genetic disorder that can affect the left ventricular system. HOCM can lead to various cardiac issues such as sudden cardiac death (SCD). We report a case of a 19-year-old female who was referred to a cardiology clinic after presenting with bi-ventricular hypertrophy on an echocardiogram (ECHO).
